Dropblock for Workspace is an Add-on enabling organizations that are unable to use cloud storage due to compliance requirements to use Google Workspace & Gemini.
This is because Dropblock for Workspace enables users to store files in their own decentralized blockchain and not in Google Drive while still gaining the full productivity, collaboration and security benefits of Workspace.
Secure Storage
Zero-trust access ensures nobody can view files they do not have permission for: Neither maliciously, nor accidentally.
Immutable blockchain storage ensures files are protected from attack, cannot be corrupted, and are protected from all unwanted third-party access.
Private Access
Temporal File Locking ensures files can only be accessed at set times by specific users.
Homomorphic Redaction enables users to securely protect information within files, like PII, so the document/spreadsheet can be shared without that data being readable.
AI Productivity
Boudica can automatically redact PII in documents with homomorphic encryption. It also supplies previews of files on a hover action with this overview generated from the fully encrypted file.
Boudica also generates AI analytics models automatically on the encrypted files to flag potential business risk and compliance issues.
